West Jakarta – FigurNews.com – The Human Resources Bureau of Polda Metro Jaya together with the West Jakarta Metro Police carried out socialization of integrated recruitment of Polri members for the 2025 budget year, Thursday, 10/10/2024.
The socialization was carried out in Building B, 2nd Floor, MH Thamrin Room, Mayor of West Jakarta, and was attended by 250 students and accompanying teachers from schools in the West Jakarta area.
The participants looked enthusiastic in following this series of activities, which not only became a place for information, but also an inspiration for many students who aspire to become members of the Indonesian National Police.
In his remarks, Deputy Chief of West Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Teuku Arsya Khadafi emphasized the importance of this socialization.
“The Indonesian National Police are human resources who are expected to be able to play a role as police officers in the field, provide professional services, behave commendably, and obey the law,” said Arsya.
He explained that every prospective member of the Indonesian National Police is required to have adequate qualities, both in terms of mentality, personality, physicality, and intellect.
The selection process for accepting Polri members, he continued, is carried out transparently and without any fees, with the aim of obtaining quality Polri members.
Arsya reminded the socialization participants to be careful of individuals who claim to be able to pass the selection in exchange for money, and encouraged them to report any irregularities that occur.
“Graduation in the selection stage is the result of the hard work of the participants. This flexible, accountable, and transparent recruitment system involves various elements of society to create professional, moral, and modern Polri members,” he added.
On this occasion, the stages of the registration process were also explained, starting from socialization, online registration via the official Polri recruitment website at https://penerimaan.polri.go.id to testing and selection of candidates.
The students and teachers who attended were also given the opportunity to ask questions, showing great interest and enthusiasm for career opportunities in the police institution.
Also present at this event were various important officials, such as Deputy Chief of West Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Teuku Arsya Khadafi, Police Commissioner Inge Ajeng Larasati from Polda Metro Jaya, Police Commissioner Ni Ketut Admayani from the Head of Human Resources Division of West Jakarta Metro Police, Kembangan Police Chief Commissioner Moch Taufik Iksan and several representatives from the West Jakarta Education Office.
Their presence signifies a strong synergy between the police and educational institutions in preparing a superior young generation ready to face future challenges.
